This Privacy Policy applies to www.theexperienceadvantage.com and all services offered through The Experience Advantage, a trade name (d/b/a) of Dani Whitestone LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“Dani Whitestone LLC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). References to “The Experience Advantage” throughout this policy refer to Dani Whitestone LLC operating under that name.
What information we collect
We collect information in a few ways:

• Your name and email address when you sign up for our newsletter, download a resource, or register for a workshop
• Contact details and business information you share through our contact form or when booking a call
• Payment information when you purchase a workshop or coaching service (processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your full card details)
Information collected automatically:
• Your IP address and general location
• Browser type and device information
• Pages you visit on this site and how long you spend on them
• How you arrived at this site (search engine, referral link, etc.)
• This information is collected through Squarespace’s built-in analytics and Google Analytics
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
• Send you emails you’ve signed up for, including our newsletter, workshop announcements, and resources
• Process your workshop registrations and coaching bookings
• Process payments for services
• Respond to your questions and provide coaching support
• Improve this website and understand what’s useful to visitors
• Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising or retargeting campaigns.

Squarespace

Stripe

Calendly
We use Calendly for scheduling discovery calls and coaching sessions. When you book through Calendly, they collect your name, email, and scheduling information. View their privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.
Google Analytics

Meetaway
We have used Meetaway to host virtual networking events. If you registered for a networking event through Meetaway, your information is subject to their privacy policy at meetaway.com. We only use information shared through Meetaway to facilitate the event.
Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
This site includes links to our social media profiles. If you click through to those platforms, their own privacy policies apply. We do not control how those platforms collect or use your data.

If you unsubscribe from our email list, your information will be removed from Kit in accordance with their data retention policies. You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us directly.

This website and the tools we use (including Squarespace, Kit, Stripe, Calendly, and Google Analytics) are hosted and operated in the United States. If you are accessing this site from outside the United States — including from Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or anywhere else in the world — your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.
US privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using this site or providing your information, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.

The Experience Advantage, a trade name of Dani Whitestone LLC, offers business coaching and client experience consulting. Nothing on this site or in our services constitutes legal, financial, therapeutic, or medical advice. We are business coaches and consultants, not licensed attorneys, financial advisors, or therapists.
Limitation of liability
Dani Whitestone LLC is a Massachusetts limited liability company. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dani Whitestone LLC’s liability in connection with this Privacy Policy or the handling of your personal information shall be limited to direct damages actually incurred. Dani Whitestone LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy creates personal liability for any member, manager, officer, employee, or agent of Dani Whitestone LLC beyond what is provided under applicable Massachusetts law governing limited liability companies.
Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, including using trusted platforms with industry-standard security. That said, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted online.

Dani Whitestone LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of this site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
