These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.daniwhitestone.com and all services offered by Dani Whitestone LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company operating under the trade name The Experience Advantage (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By visiting this website, registering for a workshop, purchasing a coaching service, or signing a coaching agreement, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
For certain services — including the Clarity Intensive, Experience Intensive, and Growth Partnership — a separate coaching agreement will be provided via JotForm and must be signed before services begin. That agreement supplements these Terms and controls in the event of any conflict.
About our services
The Experience Advantage offers business coaching and client experience consulting for established service business owners. Our current services include:
• Unreasonable Hospitality Workshop — open-enrollment half-day workshop, approximately $250 per person
• Clarity Intensive — four-session StoryBrand messaging foundation, $600
• Experience Intensive — six-session client journey mapping engagement, $1,500
• Growth Partnership — ongoing monthly coaching, $500 or more per month, available to Experience Intensive graduates only

Payments
All fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed through Stripe or through Calendly’s integrated payment system. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
All prices are listed in US dollars. We do not store your payment card information; all payment data is handled securely by Stripe.
Cancellations and credits
Unreasonable Hospitality Workshops:
• If you register and cannot attend, you will receive a credit toward a future workshop. Credits do not expire.
• If we cancel a workshop and do not reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
• If we cancel and reschedule, your registration transfers to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit toward a future workshop.
Clarity Intensive and Experience Intensive:
• All sales are final. No refunds are issued once payment has been received.
• If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be forfeited at our discretion.
• If we are unable to fulfill the engagement due to circumstances on our end, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a prorated credit for sessions not yet delivered.
Growth Partnership:
• The Growth Partnership is billed monthly. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice to dani@daniwhitestone.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current month.
• Access to Growth Partnership is contingent on completion of the Experience Intensive.
Intellectual property and licensed content
Some services offered through The Experience Advantage incorporate materials from the Unreasonable Hospitality Coaching Certification, licensed to Dani Whitestone LLC by Donald Miller Words, LLC (“Coach Builder”) and Will Guidara. The following restrictions apply to all participants in workshops, coaching sessions, and any service that incorporates Unreasonable Hospitality materials:
1. You may not record, copy, distribute, or share workshop content, session recordings, workbooks, frameworks, or any other materials provided through our services, in whole or in part, by any means.
2. Session recordings, where provided, are shared solely as replays for your personal review. You may not share recordings with anyone who was not a participant in the original session.
3. You may not use, reproduce, or teach Unreasonable Hospitality frameworks, tools, or content in your own coaching, consulting, training, or business offerings without your own license from Coach Builder.
4. All references to Unreasonable Hospitality concepts must credit Will Guidara and/or Coach Builder.
5. Materials provided through our services remain the intellectual property of Coach Builder, Will Guidara, or Dani Whitestone LLC as applicable. Purchase of any service does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Materials developed independently by Dani Whitestone LLC — including proprietary frameworks, worksheets, templates, and written content not derived from Unreasonable Hospitality Certification materials — are the exclusive property of Dani Whitestone LLC. You may use these materials for your own business purposes but may not reproduce, teach, resell, or distribute them without written permission.
Code of conduct
We are committed to providing a respectful, professional, and productive environment in all workshops, coaching sessions, and communications. By participating in any service, you agree to:
• Treat all participants, coaches, and staff with respect
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive language or behavior of any kind
• Engage in good faith and contribute constructively to group sessions
• Respect the confidentiality of other participants in group settings
• Comply with any additional guidelines communicated at the start of a workshop or session
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a workshop or terminate a coaching engagement without refund if, in our sole judgment, their conduct violates these standards or disrupts the experience of others. This includes conduct in person, on video calls, or in any written communications related to our services.
Disclaimer and nature of services
The Experience Advantage, a trade name of Dani Whitestone LLC, provides business coaching and client experience consulting. Nothing in our services, on this website, or in any materials we provide constitutes legal, financial, therapeutic, or medical advice. We are business coaches and consultants, not licensed attorneys, financial advisors, or therapists.
Results from coaching and consulting services vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and factors outside our control. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes, revenue increases, or business results.
Limitation of liability and insurance
Dani Whitestone LLC is a Massachusetts limited liability company. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms creates personal liability for any member, manager, officer, employee, or agent of Dani Whitestone LLC beyond what is provided under applicable Massachusetts law governing limited liability companies.
Professional liability insurance:

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Worcester County, Massachusetts.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at dani@daniwhitestone.com and provide us with 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed coaching agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dani Whitestone LLC with respect to your use of our services. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
